2009年1月10日星期六，期待已久的考研(Q吧) 英语尘埃落定，我们在第一时间里拿到了今年考研英语(Q吧)试题的全部试题，下面我们就这次考试的应用文部分来详细探讨下应用文的出题特点和写作注意事项。

今年应用文的要求是让考试写一篇建议信，是写给一家报社的编辑，陈述目前不断恶化的白色污染问题，同时针对这个问题提出你自己的建议，考生拿到这个题目的时候可能会马上感觉：“建议信不是考过吗？怎么今年还考呢？”这个问题是无法回避的，诚然根据以往的命题规律，以往考过的题目再次考查的可能性是很小的，但是也绝对不能排除再次考查的可能性，针对这个问题我们在这里想再次提醒考生：根据考研大纲的要求，应用文是限定在十种题型中，但是并没有指明某一种题型考过后今后就不会再考了，所以考生一定要在准备作文，特别是小作文中一定要每个面都铺到，切不可遗落，当然考生可以把没有考到的题型进行重点复习，把考过了的题型就进行简单复习就可以，所以考生决不可把考过的题型当成完全不考的，不复习。

好了，现在我们来详细谈谈本次应用文的写作思路和写作方法，建议信的写作思路大体可以按照如下步骤来进行：说明写信缘由，对方所提到或涉及的问题——阐述个人观点，提供具体建议——希望建议可供对方参考或采纳。那么建议信会在哪些场合来使用呢，建议信通常是写给家人或朋友，对于对方在生活，工作或求学过程中遇到的实际问题或困惑提供看法，指导或给予对方所需要的建议信息，或对于不明智的举动给以劝勉和告诫展开讨论。这个建议信的写作语言又是什么特点呢，归纳起来可以这么说：建议信的语言视所涉及的问题或写信人与收信人之间的关系而定。所涉及的问题较严肃，用语就相对正式，语气郑重，言辞谨慎；若是对生活中的小事提供建议，看法，那么用语相对非正式，语气较轻松随意。提醒考生在写作时注意：由于该类信件是阐述个人对某一个问题的看法，因此要注意这种从个人角度提供的建议应该合乎情理。

怎么开始这篇文章呢，题目要求，需要你指出目前白色污染的现状和问题，也就是指出问题，这段考生可以用简短的两三句来概括目前的问题，比如可以说，人们并不认为白色污染的严重性，对这个问题缺乏认识，但是现在的情况却是白色污染正在越来越深刻的影响着环境的状况，当然这其实并不是文章的重点，所以这个部分考生并不需要用很多笔墨，命题人关键是要考生提出解决这个问题的方法和建议，这个才是文章的重点所在，应该把主要部分放在这个方面，那么建议要涉及到哪些信息点呢，这里其实和大作文有点相似的地方就是提出解决问题的方法，所以从大的方面谈起然后再谈到小的方面或是具体的建议，大的方面就是政府应该怎样做，具体方面就是提高人们的环保意识，在日常生活中使用可降解物质，可回收材料，而不是对此问题视而不见。最后可以用我们上面提到的结束语套话来对文章进行总结，这样一篇完整的应用文就出来了。

由于是小作文，小作文的要求就是语言要精炼，平实和准确，信息一定要覆盖全面，并不要求用很深的语法知识和很长的句子，这也是考研应用文写作和大作文不同的地方，最后我们给出一篇范文供大家参考。

Saving the situation from further aggravating, I’d like to suggest that: first our government is obligated to take more steps to advocate using renewable materials, second technologically we should turn to more replaceable and recyclable bag, meanwhile we also should enhance people’s awareness of environment.
