祁阳教授1983年毕业于东北工学院（现东北大学）物理系金属物理专业，工学学士；2000年毕业于日本大阪大学工学部电气工学科基础论领域，工学博士；2003年东北大学理学院材料物理与化学研究所教授。
研究方向
祁阳教授1983年毕业于东北工学院（现东北大学）物理系金属物理专业，工学学士；2000年毕业于日本大阪大学工学部电气工学科基础论领域，工学博士；2003年东北大学理学院材料物理与化学研究所教授。祁阳教授目前主要从事Bi系高温超导等薄膜材料分子束外延法制备、微结构表征、生长机制和物理性能（超导、光、电以及磁性能）研究；MgB2厚膜融岩电化学制备、生长机制以及物理性能研究；ZnO等功能纳米结构及薄膜的化学法制备、生长机制以及性能研究；氧化物功能纳米结构的计算机模拟研究等。
获奖情况
近年来，在Journal of physics D, Journal of crystal growth, Journal of Micro/ Nano lithography, MEMS, and MOEMS, Smart Materials and Structures, Thin solid films, Applied surface science, Journal of low temperature physics, Physica C, Physica B, Chinese physics以及金属学报等国内外学术期刊和会议上发表学术论文50余篇。完成或承担包括国家自然科学基金、教育部重点、教育部归国基金、辽宁省自然科学省基金和辽宁省省计划项目等科研项目7项。
