同济大学政治与国际关系学院简介

　　

　　政治与国际关系学院下设政治与行政学系、国际政治系、社会学系、国际与公共事务研究院等院系。本院先后开设了政治学与行政学本科专业、国际政治本科专业、社会学本科专业。多年来，经过对政治学和社会学类本科专业教育的不断探索，政治与国际关系学院积累了丰富的教学和教育管理工作经验，迄今已开设政治学与行政学、国际政治、社会学及其他各类相关课程150余门。自2000年开始，政治与国际关系学院陆续引进了多名政治学、社会学教学和科研高层次人才，形成了一支具有较高水平，在国内外具有相当学术影响的师资队伍。目前设有政治学一级学科硕士授权点，下设政治学理论、中外政治制度、国际关系、国际政治、社会学等五个二级学科硕士点，计有教授8人（其中博士生导师7人），95%的教师具有博士学位。近五年来，政治与国际关系学院教师出版和发表各类学术论著500余篇（部），编写教材十余部，并获得了一批国家、省部级及“985”等重大科研项目的资助。根据同济大学人文社会科学总体发展规划，以及本校文科建设优先和重点发展政治学科的思路，政治与国际关系学院正促使政治学学科体系的内部结构更趋合理，布局更为优化，推动政治学科建设更好更快地发展，以满足国家和社会各领域对高素质政治学与社会学类人才的需求。

　　

　　政治学与行政学本科专业介绍

　　

　　 政治学与行政学专业（包括国际政治专业方向）是教育部设定核准的本科教育专业。该专业理论知识领域宽广，学术内涵丰富深厚，同时又具有很强的实践性和应用性。主要学习和研究马克思主义政治学的基本理论及西方现当代政治学理论；现代国家与政府行政管理方面的基础理论和知识；治国理政及中外政治发展的一般规律、规则及历史经验；当代中国的民主与法治建设、政治改革与政治文明建设；电子政务与办公自动化等现代技术行政手段。政治学与行政学专业属宽口径本科专业，在大学三年级时，将根据学生的兴趣和要求开设国际政治方向班，以适应国家和社会多方面、不同层次的专业人才需求。本专业主要为党政机关、社会团体及各类企事业单位培养从事政务活动、行政管理、理论宣传的专门人才。从中国社会主义现代化和专业干部队伍建设发展趋势评估，国家和社会各领域对政治学与行政学专门人才的需求将持续增加。

　　

　　社会学本科专业介绍

　　 社会学专业2003年开始招收社会学本科生。为适应社会主义和谐社会建设的时代需要，依托同济大学强大的城市学科群，专业具有良好的发展空间，学生有美好的就业前景和深造机会。着力培养能够从事城市管理、人力资源管理、社会保障、社会工作、社会调查和研究、社会政策研究和评估、社会保障、社会工作、社会调查和研究、社会政策研究和评估、社会新闻采编等工作的专门人才，并向国内外学校的社会学、社会工作和其他专业推荐攻读硕士学位。已有毕业生升为清华大学、南开大学、南京大学、华东师大等校的硕士生。

　　本专业设有城市和城市化社会研究、信息化社会研究、老龄化社会研究、青少年问题研究、性别问题研究等课程，聘请中外知名学者讲授社会学各领域的前沿研究。注重培养学生的实际工作能力，在教学计划中安排了社会调查等环节。而且本科学生在读期间有机会到德国、日本、韩国等国家的大学交流学习的机会。

　　

　　Introduction to School of Political Science & International Relations

　　

　　 School of Political Science & International Relations is subdivided into Faculty of Politics and Administration， Faculty of International Politics， Faculty of Sociology， and Research Institute of International and Public Affairs. The School has set up the following undergraduate programmes successively： Politics and Administration， International Politics， Sociology. With years’ explorations in the teaching of those programmes， the School has offered more than 150 courses including Politics and Administration， International Politics， Sociology， the related courses. With the appointments of a number of high-level talented persons in the teaching and research of politics and sociology since 2000， the School has formed a group of faculty members with considerable academic influences home and abroad. The School now offers degree of Master of Political Science in first-level discipline with five degrees in second-level discipline： Master of Political Theory， Master of Chinese and Foreign Political Institutions， Master of International Relations， Master of International Politics， and Master of Sociology. Among the faculty members， there are eight professors （seven of them are supervisors of Ph.D. students）， and 95 percent of them have obtained Ph.D. degrees. The school faculty have published more than 500 academic articles or papers， compiled ten or more textbooks， and have been funded by a number of national， provincial and departmental research projects， and “985 Project” research projects.　In line with the developing plan of humanities and social sciences in Tongji University as well as the thought of developing political science in priority and emphatically， the School is rationalizing the inner structure of the political science， optimizing the distributions of disciplines， and putting forward the development of the political science in a healthier and better way in order to meet the social demands of the talented persons with high-level knowledge of politics and sociology in various fields.

　　

　　Programme Specification： Politics and Administration for Undergraduate

　　

　　 The programme of Politics and Administration （including the track of International Politics） is authorized by the Ministry of Education.　This programme with its abundant and profound academia involves a large amount of theoretical knowledge as well as practical applications. It aims to study and research in the following aspects： the fundamentals of Marxist Politics and theories of modern and contemporary politics； the fundamentals of modern state and government administration； the state-governing theory and the general patterns， rules and historical lessons of Chinese and foreign political developments； the construction of democracy and rule of law in contemporary China； e-administration and the techniques of OA （Office Automation） in administration.　The programme provides multiple choices for the students.　In the junior year， the school will set up the tract of International Politics according the interests and requirements of the students in order to fulfill various demands at different levels. The programme mainly cultivate special talented persons to engage in administration affairs， public administration and theory publicization for party and government bodies， social organizations and various kinds of enterprises and pubic service units. Judging from the developing trend of the socialist modernization and the specialization of cadres， the demands for the specialists in politics and administration will keep rising.

　　

　　Programme Specification： Sociology for Undergraduate

　　

　　The Sociology programme admits undergraduate since 2003. To accommodate the demand of the era to build socialist harmonious society， the programme with the strong backing of discipline groups in city studies would have a favourable developing environment. The students would have a promising career and opportunities for further studies. The Programme aims to cultivate the students in the fields of city management， manpower management， social security， the studies and assessments of social policies， social work， social investigation and research， and the compiling of social news， and recommends master students for other schools home and abroad. There are a number of students who pursue their further studies at Tsinghua University， Nankai University， Nanjing University， East China Normal University， and etc.

　　The programme offers the following courses： “city and urbanized society”， “informationalized society”， “the adolescent issues”， “gender study”， etc. The well-known scholars would be invited to lecture on the latest developments in various fields of sociology. To nurture the students’ practical skills， the programme offers the section of social investigation in the curriculum. Furthermore， the present students would have the opportunities to engage in the exchange programmes in various counties including Germany， Japan and South Korea.
