在岗教师3位，有王家樑副教授、朱亚平（博士在读）、王帆博士。研究生5名。
研究方向：
本组室以特种树脂基体的制备与研究、高性能纤维增强复合材料的制备与研究为主，有以下三个研究方向：
1、特种功能有机树脂及其复合材料；
2、有机-无机杂化树脂及其材料；
3、高性能纤维增强树脂基复合材料的制备。
具体涉及先进树脂基复合材料制造模拟与优化技术、高性能树脂基复合材料低成本制备技术、吸/透波结构复合材料、复合材料性能评价技术、特种树脂基体及复合材料等。
研究简介：
本组室在国防科工委、航天特种材料应用研究所、中国航天科技集团一院等的支持下，承担了多项课题，主要有：
1）高性能氰酸酯树脂的设计与制备；
2）特种耐热树脂（PAA-ER）；
3）聚合物陶瓷先驱体的研制开发。

Research Domain
Research subjects in the Laboratory for Special-Composite Materials mainly include three items：
1） Organic resins and their composites with special functions.
2） Organic-inorganic resins and corresponding materials.
3） Resin based high performance fiber reinforced material
Related studies are about fabrication of resin based composite， molecular design and synthesis， chemically crosslinking reactions， curing reaction mechanism， reaction kinetics of the resins， relationship between the structures and properties， performance and evaluation of composite materials， etc.
Introduction to researches in LHRM
Materials have been central to all of science and engineering. Advanced materials and the manufacturing technology are of great consequence to modern scientific research， national defense and economy. The research and development of new materials have been one of the pivotal areas in the national science and technology programmes. Our group has expertised in Specialty Polymers and Composite Materials. The researched and explored materials would be expected to use in the field of high technologies. The main research subjects undertaking are listed in the following：

2） Special Heat Resisting Resin
3） Novel POSS-containing materials
